means seated and standing activities such as driving a car and
typing.
Light
Activity
refers to activities such as leisurely walking, house
cleaning and golf.
Moderate Activity
includes heavy housework, brisk walking, gardening, dancing,
cycling, tennis and very little sitting.
Very Active
includes running, basketball, soccer and heavy manual labor. |
